Are the garages trustworthy?

Garry says: When I select a garage to join the EasyCarCare group it has to be able to stand up to the following requirements:

  • Fully Qualified and Accredited Technicians
  • Membership of a recognised quality standards body (trading standards approved)
  • A company code of conduct that reflects a high level of customer care and price transparency

How do I know I will get fair and honest treatment?

Garry says: I often hear these sorts of comments:

"I hate taking my car for a service, because I know nothing about cars"
I often feel that I'm being taken for a ride on price because I don't know how much parts and manpower for car servicing costs."

When our partner garages sign our contract they undertake to deliver price transparency, and the highest level of care, to all customers. 

How do I know the garage will honour the full promotion I have bought from you?

Garry says: Our partner garages are carefully researched and we do in-depth interviews and inspections before we commit. 

Our partner garages are required to sign a contract. If a garage should close or otherwise not be able to fulfil your EasyCarCare package, our commitment to you is to find you an alternative garage that will continue to offer the balance of your service package.
