Due to the exceptional nature of this offer please read these terms and conditions carefully to avoid any misunderstandings:
The offer, for each of the partner garages, is available for NEW customers only. This means that the vehicle you wish to cover with this promotion does not qualify if it has had its last service and MOT with the selected partner garage you are applying for.
The certificate you receive will only be valid at that selected partner garage.
All listed services will be free of labour charges for 12 months from date of purchase, if any additional labour is required, it will be charged at the garages normal rate, unless ongoing discount is highlighted on the certificate.
Parts and oils are not included in this offer, they must be purchased from the partner garage and paid for in full prior to the collection of your vehicle.
Extra charges may be incurred on prestige vehicles and vehicles over 2 litre engines requiring specialist oils, spark plugs or specialised parts (prices confirmed on booking a service).
This offer can be transferred if the vehicle registered is written off or sold (proof may be required). A replacement certificate(s) are available (a £10 admin fee applies in both cases).
To ensure you receive all the benefits of the offer, you must mention that you have an EasyCarCare promotion when calling the garage and quote your certificate number. Please also ensure that you take your certificate with you when you visit our partner garage as failure to do so, could result in you being charged in full.
Appointments must be booked 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
Free collection and delivery (if offered, is for Major/Interim service only) to within 5 miles of the garage and must be booked 2 weeks in advance (subject to availability).
Free courtesy car (if offered, is for Major/Interim service only) must be booked 2 weeks in advance (subject to availability, insurance terms and excluding weekends). Fuel is not included.
Free engine diagnostics (fault code readout only). Additional charges will apply if further investigation is required.
The offer is not valid until full payment is received by EasyCarCare.
Full manufacturers warranty approved service is available on request. The vehicle must have a current warranty.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
If you wish to cancel the offer, please call EasyCarCare on 020 8429 5259 within 14 days of purchase (providing you have not used the offer). A full refund will be issued once your certificate has been returned, please post your certificate with a covering letter to; EasyCarCare, Talbot House, 204-226 Imperial Drive, Harrow HA2 7HH.
